Concrete Cores and Frame Under Construction on Hanover Wellesley
Construction on concrete cores and the steel frame have begun on the Hanover Wellesley project off Route 128. This mixed-use development is located at the junction of Route 9 and Route 128/I-95 in the Wellesley Office Park. The 40R project will set aside 88 of the 350 residential units for income restriction. The project is owned by John Hancock Life Insurance.
