Okan Tower Update 03/28/24

Concrete Pour Set for Miami Tower

 

 

Construction crews with 1,200 concrete trucks and 300 workers will pour the foundation of Okan Tower on Friday, March 29. Approximately 12,000 cubic yards of concrete, with a weight of over 20 million pounds will be poured over 36 hours. Okan Tower is a mixed-use development planned to rise 70 stories and include 163 sky residences, 236 short-term rental residences and 64,000 square feet of Class A office space. Plans also call for 10 floors of parking.
