Concrete Pours Begin for 300 M Street
Baker Concrete Construction has started work at 300 M, an upcoming mixed-use tower in NoMa. Plans call for 425 apartments and 10,000 sq. ft. of retail space. Units along M Street to the East of Abbey Place and 4th Street NE will be ground-floor walk-up loft units with individual entries and front porches that relate to the surrounding neighborhood.
