Construction Begins for Brockton Affordable Housing Development
On February 29th NeighborWorks Housing Solutions and their development partners officially broke ground on the new mixed-use, mixed-income rental development project at 1200 Montello Street in Brockton. The project will bring 94 units of affordable housing to the Campello neighborhood of Brockton. Situated directly adjacent to a commuter rail station on the Middleborough/Lakeville Line, the project will bring much-needed transit-oriented residential capacity to a formerly industrial area.
