Construction Begins on Mixed-Use Palm Beach Property
T&G Constructors have started construction on Deco Green, a mixed-use development in West Palm Beach. The 2.3 acre lot will feature 125,000 square feet of new construction. The complex will feature 127 apartments and 8,000 square feet of office and retail space.
The complex amenitites include a 20,000 square feet of green space, a playground and a dogpark. The project was designed by Martin Architectural Group, and is being developed by Office America Group.
