Construction Complete at the Bottling Plant in Fredrick
The former Coca-Cola bottling plant has completed its conversion into an 86-unit residential building and retention and conversion of a 9,200 sq. ft. portion of the historic building into commercial space.
The design of the four-story apartment building will match that of the historic building,
The building features amenities such as a pool, fire pits, an outdoor area, a clubhouse and other elements typical of a modern apartment building.
