Construction Could Start For The Reserve at Atlantic In Delray Beach In 2023
Developers have announced plans for construction to possibly start early next year for The Reserve at Atlantic located at Atlantic Avenue and Half Mile Road, Delray Beach, Florida. The Reserve at Atlantic is a mixed-use development resting on a 39.8-acre build site. The project will bring at least 450 homes––over 100 of which are set aside as workforce housing to the Delray Beach neighborhood. The community will also have a daycare center that can accommodate up to 120 children, 85,000 square feet of self-storage space, a rooftop amenity deck, a swimming pool, and other amenities.
