Miami-Dade County Civil Courthouse Update 01/30/23

Construction Crews Hit 19th Floor At The Miami-Dade County Civil Courthouse

The Tutor Perini Building Corp. team working on the Miami-Dade County Civil and Probate Courthouse (MDCC) is moving fast!

The team is now up to the 19th floor and right on schedule. MDCC will consist of 25 stories and will be 474 feet tall. Making it the tallest government-used building in Miami. The project is being executed under a Public-Private Partnership (P3) delivery model, which provides for the design (HOK), construction, development and financial support (Plenary Americas), and operations and maintenance (Johnson Controls) of the courthouse under a single contractual agreement. Also making MDCC the first P3 infrastructure in Florida.
