Construction Crews Making Progress at The Village at Westlake Phase 2
Advanced draining systems are being installed at the construction site for phase 2 of the apartment community. The Village at Westlake located at 1500 German School RD in Richmond, VA will feature 5 or more, 3-story buildings with 120 additional apartment units. The community is moments away from fine dining, shopping and more in the heart of Richmond, the community already boasts a dog park, multiple firepits, a state-of-the-art fitness room and a seasonal resort-style pool. Construction is projected to be complete by November 2022.
