Construction for Woodland Gardens II has begun
Mayor Brandon Scott recently attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the new low-income housing community, Woodland Gardens II. The $18 million project will bring 75 new affordable housing units to the Park Heights community. CHAI is developing the project through a funding award from the HUD 202 program. The 60-acre lot of land structure will be built on was one home to 48 city-owned vacant properties.
