Construction is Underway at the Riverwalk Residences in Fort Lauderdale
Crews have been making progress at the site for a 42-story luxury assisted living facility project located at 333 N New River Drive E. The Riverwalk Residences will feature 192 independent living units, 152 assisted living units, and 57 memory care units bringing a total of 401 units to the neighborhood.
