Construction Moving forward at Selene Oceanfront
Vertical construction has reached the 15th floor of one tower and the 18th floor of the other tower at Selene Oceanfront, a 26-story, two-tower luxury development in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The towers will rise 300 feet and will hold 204 residences, including eight luxury penthouses. There will be an additional 5,300 square feet of restaurant space as well as a parking garage with 120 spaces. The building amenities will include a residential lounge, swimming pool, office working space and dog park.
