Construction Nearing Completion at East Tampa Commerce Center
The exterior of the buildings is complete, and crews are putting the finishing touches on the interior and paving the roads and parking lots at East Tampa Commerce Center. The tenant is Rolled Alloys, JLL represented Rolled Alloys in the transaction. The new Class A distribution center will include three warehouses ranging from 85,000 to 91,440 square feet. The new center will be adjacent to the Palm River Center industrial area, which includes a building acquired by Graham & Company along with the parcel of land for the new development. The location, just off US 301, is convenient to I-4, I-75 and the Selmon Expressway.
