Construction Nearing Finish Line at Affordable Housing Community in Tampa
The exterior is complete, and crews are working on the interior and site work at Uptown Sky in Tampa. The affordable housing development in the heart of the USF area of influence will offer 61 two- and three-bedroom units in a four-story building. 61 families will get to enjoy a State-of-the-Art community supported by University Area CDC’s plethora of on-site resident and community programs. Blue Sky Communities is partnering with local non-profit, University Area Community Development Corporation, on the project located at 13603 12th Street at the corner of Fletcher. Uptown Sky Amenities include a pool, playground, and a food truck area. Completion is expected in January 2023.
