Construction Nearing Topping Out at Hanover Riverwalk in Fort Lauderdale
Construction crews are getting close to topping out at Hanover Riverwalk, located at 477 Southwest 1st Avenue, is an upcoming 35-story residential tower that will feature 380 residential units. The planned height of the tower is 394-feet. Hanover Riverwalk will have 377,000 square feet of residential space with an additional 2,700 square feet allotted for restaurant and retail space. The building will also feature a 7-story parking garage with 580 spots.
