Construction Progressing at Affordable Housing Community in Fort Lauderdale
Construction crews have made strides at Mount Hermon Apartments, a proposed 7-story affordable housing community in Fort Lauderdale. The exterior walls are up. Mount Hermon offers units reserved for income-qualifying seniors aged 62 and above whose income falls at or below 25 and 60 percent of the area median income (AMI). Construction is scheduled for completion in late 2024. Amenities will include a rooftop pool and deck with lounge seating, a modern fitness center, a multipurpose clubroom with a kitchenette, and an outdoor community gathering spa.
