Construction Progressing at Echelon City Center Apartment Community
The pillars and frame of the lower floors are up at Site9, a 17-story, 176-unit luxury apartment in the Echelon City Center. At the ground floor are the residential lobby, as well as over 16,350 SF of retail and restaurant space, along with exterior promenades and breezeways and elevated second story balcony and dining spaces, to provide residents and visitors unobstructed views of the City Center Park and Main Street. Levels 2 through 6 provide 5 levels of structured parking to support the project, including EV charging spaces. Floors 7 thru 15 are luxury 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, and floors 16 and 17 consist of 8 large townhomes, along with the residential amenities deck on the top floor, including a large club room, conference and work center, leasing offices, fitness center and an exterior pool deck overlooking views of the bay and downtown St. Petersburg in the distance.
