The framing has reached the fourth floor as construction moves forward at Metro Parc in Hialeah, Florida. Metro Parc is a planned mixed-use development in the Hialeah neighborhood. The project will feature 560 one and two-bedroom apartment units with amenities like co-working spaces, an outdoor kitchen, a pool, gym, and resort-style landscaping along with retail space.
