Construction Reaches Milestone at Art House in Downtown St. Petersburg
Construction crews have begun working on Cloud 9, the ninth-floor amenity deck at Art House, a stunning 42-story condominium tower in the heart of Downtown St. Petersburg. Sales of condominium units began in 2023. Located at 200 Central Avenue, it will be constructed on what was a surface parking lot adjacent to the office 200 Central office building. Rising to 450 feet, luxury condominium tower will be among the tallest buildings in St. Petersburg. Planned for 244 luxury residences, two and three bedroom and 12 penthouses, the development will also include ground level retail and co-working space. Residents will have access to Cloud 9, a ninth level amenity deck, featuring a club room, resort style pool and spa, fitness center, training room, theater, game room, outdoor dog park as well as a 482-space parking garage. Completion is estimated in late 2024.
