Construction Set to Begin for JP Senior Housing Development
A permit valued at $9,163,574 has been pulled to begin construction of a new 5-story mixed-use project at 3371 Washington Street in Jamaica Plain. The project will include 39 senior rental units and 770 square feet of restaurant space. The project will include indoor and outdoor common areas, a communal kitchen and dining room, and common laundry.
