Construction Set to Kick Off for 34 Unit Roxbury Multifamily Project
A permit has been pulled to begin work on the approved multi-family project at 11 East Lenox Street in Roxbury. The 7-story building will feature 34 residential units along with 8 parking spaces. The building’s structure will feature columns, beams, and floor assemblies constructed entirely of Cross Laminated Timber (CLT).
