Construction to Begin on 253-Unit Mildred Hailey Redevelopment Project
has secured combined parcel construction permits valued at a combined $125,406,222 for the Mildred Hailey Apartments in Jamaica Plain, kicking off the first phase of construction on the affordable housing redevelopment project. In total, plans call for 690 apartments with a complete replacement of the existing 253 affordable units.
