A Jamaica Plain developer has secured a building permit for an approved 3-story condominium at 44-46 Belgrade Avenue.
A former mechanic's garage located in Roslindale Village at the confluence of Amherst Street and Belgrade Avenue, 44-46 Belgrade Avenue features 7,487 SF in buildable space. Plans call for a 13,741 SF development featuring 8 units and 1,380 SF of ground-floor retail space.
