Construction Topped Off at Riverview6
Construction crews have topped off Riverview6, a new affordable housing project in Bradenton. Located at 6th Avenue W. and 9th Street W., Riverview6 will offer 80 affordable housing units, a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 601 square feet to 1,085 square feet. The five-story complex will feature 4,000 square feet of commercial space and residents’ amenities on the first floor. Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center and children’s playground. Completion is expected in Summer 2004.
