Construction Tops Out at The Wynwood Plaza in Miami
Developers L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities, along with partners Shorenstein Properties, Claure Group and contractor Moss Construction, celebrated the topping out at The Wynwood Plaza. A mariachi band was on hand for the celebration. The 964,963-square-foot mixed-use development in the Wynwood Arts District on a 2.9-acre site. The building will be comprised of two interconnected structures of 8 and 12 stories and will offer 509 residential units, 32,000 square feet of commercial space, 266,000 square feet of office space and 668 parking spaces.
