Construction Underway on Final Floor of Ascent Metropolitan Naples
Construction crews have reached the 15th and final floor of Ascent Metropolitan Naples. Ascent is the first building of the new mixed-use development located on a 5.3-acre parcel at the intersection of Fifth Avenue South and Davis Boulevard in Naples. The development will feature three luxury/retail towers. Ascent, a 15-story residential tower with retail spaces and the residential lobby on its first level, will offer 270 residential units. Completion of Ascent is expected in 2024. The second 15-story tower will be the luxurious and beautiful Aura at Metropolitan Naples, which will feature 56 residences on the upper floors with first level residential lobby and boutique retail. Aura will offer two, three and four-bedroom residences and will include private, secured parking. A third tower will be announced at a later date.
