Construction Underway on Grace Apartments Project
The East Boston Community Development Corporation officially broke ground on the 42-unit Grace Apartments development in East Boston. The new senior residences, located at 187 Sumner St., will be built next to the existing historic Woodbury Apartments. The project will renovate 17 existing income-restricted units at the site’s existing building.
