Construction Update: 1313 L St. NW
WCS Construction has shared a construction update on the office-to-residential conversion of 222-unit high rise apartment at 1313 L St. NW. The exterior façade is close to completion, the elevator lobby tile has been installed through the roof level. The main lobby storefronts and the glass and door installations will follow next. The corridor final paint has been completed through the 4th floor, with the penthouse curtain wall set to be installed in the next couple of weeks.
