Construction Update: 6896 Laurel St.
The CBG Building team is advancing construction at 6896 Laurel Street. The project team is currently finishing up framing and MEP rough-ins and is almost ready to begin dry-in, gypcrete, drywall, and finish trades. Once complete, 6896 Laurel Street will bring 353 units—including 34 affordable—to the Takoma Park neighborhood of Northwest Washington, DC. Amenities will include four expansive courtyards, a fitness center, yoga studio, billiards room, and lounge.
