Construction Wrapping up for The Rozzie
A temp. certificate of occupancy has been issued for The Rozzie along Walk Hill Road in Roslindale. The new development offers 106 units along with a state-of-the-art fitness center, co-working space, work-from-home pods, a library and lounge, community room, outdoor patio with grills, bike storage, and both outdoor and garage parking. The apartments feature luxury finishes, including stainless GE appliances, two-tone metropolitan cabinetry, plank flooring, walk-in closets, smart-lock unit entry, expansive glass, and vaulted ceilings in select units.
