Construction Wraps up for Dorchester Mixed-Use Project
A certificate of occupancy has been issued for the new mixed-use building at 1463 Dorchester Avenue in Fields Corner. The building features 29 apartments along with ground-floor retail space. Dubbed, Dot Crossing the project also offers an outdoor patio space, bike storage, laundry, and a fitness center.
