Construction Wraps Up for South End Mixed-Use Development
A temporary certificate of occupancy has been issued for the new development at 566 Columbus Avenue in the South End. The building features 66 modern condos each with top-of-the-line kitchens with quartz countertops, spa-inspired bathrooms, in-unit washer/dryer and hardwood flooring. Residents have access to a fitness center, outdoor gym area with rooftop yoga deck, lounge featuring city views, sun deck, resident kitchen, and gas fireplace. The ground floor of the development includes space for a cafe, art gallery, and community center.
