Construction Wraps up on Loudoun View Senior Living Project
Earlier this week Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing celebrated the grand opening of the Loudoun View Senior Living project in Sterling, VA. The new building includes 98 affordable apartments for seniors, including 79 one-bedroom apartments and 19 two-bedroom apartments. All apartments will be reserved for those making 60% or less of the area median income (AMI), with 48 at 50% AMI and 10 at 30% AMI. All of the apartments will incorporate universal design elements to meet resident accessibility needs in aging.
