Contractor Revealed and Permits Granted for 80-Story Brickell Tower
Moss Construction has filed a permit application for foundation work on Cipriani Residences. The 80-story condominium tower will rise 950 feet. A previously requested dewatering permit was approved by Miami Dade's DERM. The dewatering permit was required for the foundation work on the building.
Cipriani Residences is part of a three tower development at 1420 South Miami Avenue. Upon completion, the development will yield 1,300 residential units and 18,300 square feet of restaurant space.
