Permits Issued for Downtown Miami Mixed-Use Building
Casa Neos, a mixed-use project in downtown Miami, has received a seawall permit from the Miami Building Department. Construction is expected to start September 6th.
Upon completion, the building will feature a restaurant, 4-suite hotel, rooftop lounge and a beach club.
