Crane Spotted At the Brightview Hunt Valley Construction Site
Construction is under way at 118 Shawan Road, Cockeysville MD for the new senior housing community, Brightview Hunt Valley. Recently a crane has been installed and crews have been working every day on the concrete for the structure. Brightview Hunt Valley will provide 178-unit resort-style senior living monthly-rental apartments providing a continuum of housing and care options (including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care units). The project will also feature five stories of wood frame and non-combustible construction in the Hunt Valley Towne Centre along with a two story parking garage attached. Stay tuned for more updates.
