Crews Celebrate Groundbreaking for 440 Unit Apartment Building in South Daytona, Fl
Our Florida Division recently celebrated the groundbreaking for a new 440-apartment multifamily development in South Daytona, Florida. Congratulations to our clients, design partners, and the entire project team on this milestone.
Sea View Apartments will be an expansive complex that offers a range of exciting features expanding over 580,000 square feet. One of the standout attractions is the public/private marina, which will be serviced by a water taxi and offer residents a convenient and fun way to enjoy the water.
The project is scheduled for completion in 2026.
