Crews Ready to Turn the Final Building at Story Wesley Chapel
Construction crews are getting close to turning the final building at Story Wesley Chapel. The clubhouse is complete, and water is in the pool. Full completion is slated for 2024, the first residents moved into Story Wesley Chapel in Summer 2023. Located in the Chapel Crossings master-planned development, the community will offer 320 apartment units. The community comprises one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, all with modern high-end finishes in three four-story buildings, two will be L-shaped. Residents will have access to an outdoor swimming pool, a fenced dog park and dedicated pet grooming station, two outdoor kitchen and entertainment areas, a fitness center, and other amenities. Residents will also have access to the amenities developed within the overall master planned community, including walking trails, community center, and pool.
