101 12th Street S. Update 12/01/20

Crystal City Office Project Approved

JBG Smith's planned office project at 101 12th Street S. in Crystal City has been approved by the County Board. The 9-story building will include around 230,000 square feet of office space plus 5,195 square feet of ground-floor retail. The development is targetting LEED Gold Certification and will also include $300,000 for Gateway Park planning.
