Cut & Cap Permit Pulled for Brighton Development Site
A cut & capt permit has been pulled in anticipation of the demo of the existing commercial structure, former home to the Lincoln Bar & Grill, at the corner of Lincoln Street & Leo Birmingham Parkway in Brighton. The demo will make way for an approved 82 unit condo building approved for the site. The new project would also include parking for 65 cars and a club room and rooftop terrace.
