Dan Gorczycki Joins Marcus & Millichap's NJ Capital Markets Team as Managing Director

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), has announced that industry veteran, Dan Gorczycki, will be joining the company as a managing director of capital markets for its Saddle Brook, New Jersey office.

“Dan is an integral addition to our team, and we are confident he will play a key role in expanding our footprint in the northeast region,” said Sznajderman, Senior Vice President and Head of Production for MMCC’s eastern region. “His extensive experience and leadership skills make him an ideal fit and we look forward to the success he will bring to MMCC.”

Dan Gorczycki is a seasoned real estate capital markets professional with over 35 years of experience combining extensive transaction history and high-level client relationships with new business origination, underwriting, and credit skills. His areas of expertise include debt & subordinate capital placement for acquisitions and refinancings, joint venture equity raises, note sales, workouts & restructurings, and general advisory assignments. Dan previously managed originations teams for various brokerage firms including True Rate Services, Avison Young, and Savills.

Dan earned a master’s degree in business administration from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University.
