Demo Permit Pulled for Talbot Ave. Site
A permit has been pulled to demolish the existing church at 500 Talbot Avenue in Dorchester. The demo will make way for a mixed-use project approved in November 2018. The new building would include 40 residential units along with 3,000 square feet of retail space plus 1,815-square-foot space allocated for the existing church on site.
