Demo to Kick Off for Downtown DC Office to Flex Living Conversion
A permit has been pulled to begin interior demolition at 1010 Vermont Ave. NW to convert the existing office property into Mint House Downtown Washington, DC. Altus Realty acquired the property in October 2021 and will now create 85 high-end apartment-style flexible rental units to be operated by Mint House. Construction is set to last through early 2025.
