Demo Underway at 300 Binney St. in Cambridge
Work is underway for the redevelopment of 300 Binney Street in Kendall Square. Sunrise Erectors is currently performing demo of the existing building so that new systems can integrate with the existing curtainwall for the conversion of the building into a 225,000-square-foot LEED Gold state-of-the-art biomedical research facility. The Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard will further expand in Kendall Square through the long-term lease at the property.
