Demolition Complete 1020 West Randolph Street
The previous one-story bank structure at 1020 West Randolph has been demolished to make room for the future six-story commercial office and retail building. The developers L3 Capital have not received permits to begin construction but expect to have them pulled later this year. The Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture-designed masonry building will fit well with the existing surrounding low-rise buildings.
