Demolition Commences at One Brickell City Centre Site
Today, Related and its partner Swire Properties Inc. (USA) announced that demolition has commenced on the site of the future One Brickell City Centre, an approximately 1,000-foot tall tower that will be Miami’s first Class AA office. Miami Mayor Francis X. Suarez, Henry Bott, the President of Swire Properties and Stephen M. Ross, the Chairman and Founder of Related Companies, were in attendance.
