Design Approved for 2nd Amazon Building in the Seaport
WS Development won design approval from the Boston Civic Design Commission, giving the OK for the development of 1 Boston Wharf Road in the Seaport.
Announced by the City of Boston and WS Development, the project consists of a 17-story, 707,000 square foot, mixed-use building on parcel L5 facing Harbor Square Park in the Seaport. Amazon has leased 630,000 square feet of office space in the new building to be constructed at the company’s 33-acre Boston Seaport development.
