Details Emerge on the North Bethesda Center Development
A proposal has been submitted for a 1.62 acre portion of 32.42 acre tract in which plans call for 2.7 million square foot of mixed use space. The parcel, designated parcel H, will be a residential building, ranging in height from nine to fourteen-stories. The building will contain up to 405,000 square feet or up to 365 residential dwelling units, including up to 12.5% or 46 affordable dwelling units. The proposed development will complete the mixed use, predominately residential development portion of the master development plan.
