Dev Lands $46M for Bayonne Multifamily Project
Developer, , has just secured a $46 million loan for a 10-story, residential building, going up at 281-289 Broadway in Bayonne, New Jersey. Issued by Bravo Property Trust, this influx of capital will be used to fund a large portion of the construction costs.
Known as "Allora", the building will contain rental apartments. Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a spa, a resident lounge, a roof deck, and multiple landscaped terraces.
Plans also call for square feet of ground-floor retail space and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by and constructed by , the topped out structure stands feet tall and totals square feet.
