Dev Lands $53.5M Loan for 2-Building Warehouse Project in Belleville
Developer, , has just secured a $53.5 million loan for a 2-building, industrial warehouse project, set for 681 Main Street in Belleville, New Jersey. Issued by PCCP, this influx of capital will be used to fund all construction costs from the group up.
Known as "Belleville Logistics", the development will consist of "Building A"; a larger, 112,661-square-foot warehouse, and "Building B"; a smaller, 91,746-square-foot warehouse. The buildings will be used for last-mile distribution operations. They will feature loading docks, 36-foot interior clearance heights, 43 trailer parking spaces, and 160 employee parking spaces.
Designed by , the structures will total square feet combined and are to be constructed on a recently leveled lot, spanning over 15 acres. Belleville Logistics will be located just 5 miles from Interstate 95 and 9 miles from Midtown, Manhattan, allowing for easy transportation access and connectivity.
